Blyss
Blyss is a 30-year-old Pisces from Seattle who has done a little bit of everything -- from a career as an R.N. in the community health field (Hello, nurse!) to modeling for various projects. Right now, her main obsession is capturing random goings-on of interest that happen around her, which means she carries her camcorder around with her everywhere.
"I am planning on eventually taking all my footage and making a video short with it," Blyss reports, "I've got some crazy stuff on there. [However,] I am so bummed because my camcorder LCD went out last week, and I now have to be actually holding the camera up in front of me to catch anything...since what I love to shoot is most always candid, I guess it's time to save my money for a new camera! Actually, that's probably a good thing because I'll get digital next time around so I can start learning how to use all the cool editing software..."
So just be mindful of what you do when you're out in public, citizens! Big sister is watching you! Or, at least, will be once she gets the bugs worked out of her monitoring system.
Currently, Blyss has been traveling the circuit as a freelance exotic dancer, which allows her the freedom of doing two things she most enjoys. She's planning a trip to Ireland in February, but we're guessing she'd give Michael Flatley a run for his money.
"I'd rather slamdance than Riverdance, but that little guy can really tap a mean step! This doesn't mean I'm a violent person," Blyss is quick to point out, "even though I was roughed up by THE MAN during the WTO protests a few years back. I was an innocent bystander, and they had the gall to arrest me and say I was obstructing justice just because I happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time! It was a madhouse! A madhouse!"
When she's
not tangling with Johnny Law, Blyss enjoys a wide range of activities like snowboarding,frisbee,
Burning Man double-decker
tricycle escapades in the company of a
prince, and the San
Francisco Exotic Erotic Ball (where she had the pleasure of go-go dancing
this year). She is currently modeling and working with local artist Miguel
Edwards on a project that's a combination of photography, painting and sculpture.
